3. Use external drivers: Install the driver power supply away from the heat source (e.g., on a workshop wall), placing only the LED light head in the high-temperature zone.
4. Implement forced air cooling: Install high-temperature resistant fans on the fixtures, ensuring they are cleaned regularly.
5. Reduce power output: Lower the power by 20%–30% via dimming to significantly reduce heat generation.
6. Clean regularly: Dust tends to bake onto heat sinks more easily in high temperatures, requiring frequent cleaning.
7. Use high-temperature resistant cables: Standard PVC cables soften in high heat; instead, select cables insulated with silicone rubber or fiberglass.
When purchasing, explicitly request lifespan test data for high-temperature conditions from the manufacturer. If the ambient temperature exceeds 60°C, consider using ceramic LEDs or specialized light sources.
