While LED high-bay lights require significantly less maintenance than traditional fixtures, periodic upkeep is still necessary:

Monthly: Visually inspect for non-functional or flickering lights; clean dust from lens surfaces (using a dry cloth or compressed air).

Quarterly: Check suspension hardware for looseness and inspect chains and hooks for rust; record environmental conditions using a thermo-hygrometer; check heat sink fins for dust accumulation and clean them using a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.

Semi-annually: Tighten terminal connections; test grounding resistance; inspect dimming signal cables for dimmable fixtures.

Annually: Measure illuminance in representative areas and compare results with initial values ​​to assess lumen depreciation; inspect the LED driver housing for bulging or leakage; clean the interior of the fixture (if accessible).

Every 2–3 years: Replace aged seals; inspect cable insulation. Maintain maintenance records and proactively replace fixtures exhibiting lumen depreciation exceeding 30%. Maintenance frequency should be doubled in high-dust environments.
